During my time in EMCO, I was lucky to have met seniors and mentors who have been incredibly generous with their time and knowledge throughout my research journey. They struck a fine balance between providing guidance and direction, while also having enough trust in the teams for them to have the freedom to explore new ideas.

At the end of 2022, I was lucky to have been given the opportunity to attend the AHA ReSS conference in Chicago. Meeting others around the world there who share the same hope in the future of resuscitation science was an enriching and inspiring experience, ultimately playing a part in shaping the way I think about, and approach clinical practice in my everyday life.
