Hi everyone, before reading these notes I wanted to explain the purpose of this in the first place. This is meant mainly for M4 students to use for their EMed posting. I have also included ENT, Eye and ObGyn emergencies as they are well tested in M4 EOPTs during the respective postings and Pros MEQ and MCQ exams.

*Disclaimer: (Though this resource is heavily vetted by various Drs and students), there may still be mistakes in these notes too (which you will need to supplement with other notes or UptoDate, Amboss or wherever else you get your info from). :)

I have chosen to include and summarise mainly the initial evaluation and management of conditions and not the approaches in these notes as I strongly believe that approaches and differentials should be made by yourself and through your own clinical experience.

Lastly, this book DOES NOT include ALL the conditions you need to know but it does contain most conditions that I felt were important to know when I took the exams and when I went through my ED postings and electives. And so, this should not be used as the only notes you have as these are quite summarized and sometimes might not include explanations or additional information.
